1. Every plaque is made to order

ApexRanked plaques are not stock items. Each one is produced by hand after you order, using the specific details you provide — your in-game name, rank, placement number, platform and season. Nothing is drop-shipped, and nothing is mass produced.

Production is also limited on purpose: only a fixed number of plaques are made each split, and orders are accepted first come, first served until that run is claimed.

Please double-check your details before you pay. Your plaque is engraved with exactly what you submit, and because we dispatch within 24 hours there is very little time to change it afterwards. Review the summary on the checkout page carefully — that is your last chance to correct a spelling, rank or placement number.

2. Refunds and cancellations

Personalised, made-to-order goods cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for change of mind once production has started.

  • Before it ships — you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Email us as soon as possible. Because we dispatch within 24 hours, this window is short, so please tell us straight away if something is wrong.
  • Once it has shipped — the order can no longer be cancelled for change of mind, because the piece is already engraved with your details and on its way to you.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order — for example the split's run sells out or we cannot verify your rank — you receive a full refund automatically.

3. What is always covered

The no-returns policy above never applies when something is our fault or the carrier's.

We replace or refund, your choice, if:
  • Your plaque arrives damaged or defective
  • The engraved details are wrong compared to what you confirmed
  • Your parcel is lost in transit or never arrives
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong tier

For damage, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it out. You will not be asked to ship a damaged plaque back at your own expense.

4. Shipping

  • Free shipping within the United States.
  • Dispatch: your plaque ships within 24 hours of your order.
  • Transit time: typically 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • You receive tracking by email as soon as your plaque ships.

International shipping is calculated by destination and shown before you pay:

  • Canada — $12.99 · Tracked, 1-3 weeks
  • International — $16.99 · Tracked to most countries, 1-4 weeks
Import duties and taxes are not included. If your country charges duty, VAT or a customs handling fee on an incoming parcel, that is billed to you by the carrier on delivery and is not something we can collect or refund on your behalf.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct: we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and re-shipping a returned parcel may incur a fee.

5. Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Standard plaque $39.99, premium plaque $69.99.
  • Payment is processed securely by PayPal. Card details are never entered on, stored by, or visible to this site.
  • You pay at checkout, immediately. There is no invoice to wait for — your order is confirmed and your slot held as soon as payment clears.
  • Charges appear on your statement as GAMING SERVICES LLC, the registered business behind ApexRanked.
Recognise the charge: if you see GAMING SERVICES LLC on your bank statement, that is your ApexRanked plaque order. Please email us before disputing a charge — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.

6. Your information

To make and ship your plaque we collect only what is necessary:

  • Your in-game name, rank, placement, platform and season — the details engraved on the plaque.
  • Your email address — order confirmation, tracking, and support.
  • Your shipping address — used to deliver your order and nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and we never see or store your card details — those go directly to PayPal. Ranked statistics shown on ApexRanked come from publicly available in-game data.

Want your order details deleted after delivery? Email us and we will remove them.
