Apex ranks in order (Season 30)

RP floors, division floors, entry costs, protection and rewards for the current split.

Lowest to highest: Rookie → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Master → Apex Predator (top 750 per platform).

RP floor. Your Ranked Points total sets your tier: cross a floor and you promote at once. Each card shows the floor of its lowest division, from 0 RP upward.

Entry cost. Every ranked match charges its tier's entry RP before you drop (Entry on each card). Placement, kills and assists earn it back; finish below the entry and the match loses RP.

Demotion protection. A fresh promotion into Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master gets a protection window before you can fall back (Protection on the card). Rookie and Bronze and Apex Predator have none, and Decay is the RP removed for inactivity where it applies.

Why Apex Predator needs a ladder place. Reaching 16,000 RP makes you Master. Apex Predator is the top 750 players on each platform above that line, so it has no fixed RP target: the cutoff moves whenever the players around it gain or lose RP. Live Predator cutoff → · How the ranked system works →
